My In-Salon Shadow Days are open to all hairdressers, whether you’ve trained with me before or you’re completely new to the True Grey™ Blend.

You’ll spend the day alongside me at my salon in Hemel Hempstead while I work with a real Grey Blend client, giving you the opportunity to see not only what I do, but why I do it.

You’ll watch how I assess the hair in front of me, work with the client’s individual white pattern, map and plan their blend, and make decisions around lightness, depth, placement and formulation.

I’ll talk you through what I’m seeing, why I’m making certain choices and how I adapt my approach as I work. You’ll also see how I think beyond that one appointment, considering where we are within the client’s overall journey and what their hair may need next.

Because Grey Blending isn’t about following one placement, formula or step-by-step process on every head of hair. It’s about understanding why you’re making each decision.

A Shadow Day gives you the opportunity to step into my working world and see how I think through a Grey Blend in real time.
